National Toll Roads Ltd (NTRL) is a leading developer of toll roads in Ireland with its
head office located at Burton Court, Sandyford, Dublin 18. In partnership with Celtic Roads Group NTRL has been successful in securing three significant Public Private partnership concession contracts as part of the governments National Development Plan. These contracts to design, build, finance and operate new toll roads have been undertaken by NTRL along with its shareholder partners.
Having sold its interest in the North-Link M1 concession and its O&M interests in Q3 2010 NTRL continues to, in partnership with Celtic Roads Group, to have an interest in the PPP concession projects at Waterford (N25) and Portlaoise (M7/M8).
In the toll concession contracts NTRL, wth its shareholder partners, design, build, finance and operate 3 toll roads. The NTRL shareholder partners are:
